On August 3, 2026, the Rotary Club of Greater Anonas (RCGA) spent a meaningful day with the pupils, teachers, mothers, and families of Holy Family Elementary School in Dila-Dila, Sta. Rita, Pampanga. Our 5-in-1 service project was not just about giving donations; it was about sharing time, care, and hope with the community.

Through Brigada Eskwela and Basic Education, we donated a 55-inch television for virtual learning, school supplies, cleaning materials, and storytelling books. We shared stories with the children, witnessing their smiles and excitement as they listened and participated. For the future project, we plan to concrete and refurbish the school wash area to enhance Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) facilities.

Our dental mission included fluoride treatments, tooth extractions, and consultations. We also provided toothbrushes and toothpaste to the pupils, along with a simple demonstration on proper brushing and oral care.

For teachers, we conducted a seminar on Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) and Anti-Bullying, promoting a safer and more caring environment for every child. For the mothers and children, we distributed vitamins and gave slippers to mothers as a gesture of love and concern. We also donated a complete First Aid Kit, including a sphygmomanometer, to help the school prepare for emergencies.

This activity reminded us that service is not measured by how much we give, but by how much we care. Every smile, story, helping hand, and small act of kindness can make a difference. Together, RCGA will continue to serve, inspire, and create a lasting impact in our community.
